Returns Policy

At SALT Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit provided that:

  • The return request is made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are still attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate wear (should this be added to our collection at any time)
  • Socks (should this be added to our collection at any time)
  • Swimwear without hygiene seals (should this be added to our collection at any time)
  • Gift cards (should this be added to our collection at any time)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A store credit
  • An alternative item
  • A refund
  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item was damaged during delivery

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as SALT Apparel cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
