At SALT Apparel, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery Partner
We make use of trusted local courier services such as The Courier Guy (TCG) and other reputable delivery partners to ensure your parcel reaches you efficiently.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    A standard flat-rate courier fee applies to all orders below the minimum qualifying amount (R750 at the time of this Policy. This can change at our discretion).
  • Free Shipping:
    Enjoy FREE nationwide shipping on all orders above the minimum qualifying amount (R750 at the time of this Policy. This can change at our discretion).
  • Collect (Free):
    Available for customers in Cape Town. Simply select Collect at checkout, and we’ll send you the collection address.

Shipping fees will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Please check your Cart to ensure the correct Shipping fee has been applied.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities & Urban Areas: 2–4 business days
  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotional sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, for items in stock where no manufacturing & production is required. Back-order items will require 5 business days for processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
At this time, international shipping is not yet available.
